Description
This is dedicated to Judy (angelbearzs). She is the sweetest girl in the gallery, and has been my friend since I arrived. Please take a moment to visit her gallery as I know you will love it. It is filled with beauty, and you will see her gentle nature in each image. Judy asked me to create a story for her with Faeries and dogs, so here it is. I think Judy chose the perfect artist name. Because to me she is like an Angel walking the earth, and I wish there were more people like her. I am sorry this is so late Judy, and hope you like it.
Tara To The Rescue (For Angelbearzs): It was Judy's birthday, and it was the best one ever. She got many wonderful presents from her friends, and many books about Faeries. She read the books that told the story of Tara the most amazing Faerie of all. Later that day Judy got the best present ever, a new dog. Judy named the small puppy Leslie, and kept her close all day. That night her Mom Sandra took her to a carnival to celbrate, and Judy brought Leslie too. Judy invited her friend Dave along, and they decided to ride the ferris wheel. The ferris wheel was really magnificent, and stood really high. They asked Judy to leave Leslie on the ground, but she didn't want to let her go. They rode the ferris wheel over and over, and suddenly Leslie moved around and Judy couldn't hold on to her. Everyone screamed as Leslie dropped out of sight, and Judy feared the worst. Suddenly Judy looked up and could see Leslie was safe, and Tara had rescued her. Judy believed in Tara so much, that she came to life when Judy needed her the most. She handed Leslie to Judy, and waved goodbye as she flew off into the night. Hope you enjoyed the story Judy, and thank you for being the best friend I could ask for.

I haven't been able to get online much this week, what a delight to see a new post from you! This is a wonderful story and dedication! An excellent tale of the power of love for an artist whose loving nature shows in her work. You know I love the name she picked for her puppy. Beautiful image! Terrific poses and expressions! Perfect portrayal of the moment when looks of horror turned to looks of joy. I imagine Judy's mother's first move when Leslie fell out, was to keep a firm hold on her charges, and she still is holding them for protection and comfort. Judy's hands, perhaps still out from an involuntary movement when Leslie fell, are now eager to clasp her securely in her arms. Lovely render of Tara. I like her wings. Beautiful perspective and composition. It looks a long way down! Wonderful shadows, especially Leslie's and Tara's. Very nicely done! :-)

This deserves a... cute lol People reading me will wonder what I'm talking about lol Lovely scene and it's funny that you made it now, as I was telling my sister yesterday that I was feeling nostalgic and remembering when my mom took us to the Ottawa Ex (a carnival also) Funny how I loved going to the Ex, as I was getting kind of seasick on all the rides lol But I loved trying the games and eating pogos and cotton candy :) I'm thinking about it now because it's almost this time of the year again for the Ex and it was always our last treat and big event of the summer just before going back to school. Lovely scene and wonderful story.

I'm so sorry I'm late in commenting on your fabulous picture. And this is a really special one. I'm glad you were able to do a picture for Judy. I just know she really appreciated this. Her story was so sweet. Made me smile and gave me a warm fuzzy. I loved how you presented this. Awesome pov. Fabulous props - tons of detail in this picture.
