My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Nice shot of the outside of the doorway of the water tower, nice stone work... well done!!

Love this shot revealing a bit of the architecture of this hauntingly beautiful old watertower:) The view from the top was nice but I am not sure it was worth the 106 steps up...or the close encounter with something or someone on the way down...

wonderful capture smiles as does the words warm hugs, Linda Kaye

Such a beautiful peace of the tower Tara ;-D I like the bricks and the grey stones.

Looks a very ornate entrance for a water tower, and ghost or not I would have climbed to the top.

What a great looking place...and it's good to see inside and out in spite of the spook!

Wonderful photo of this old structure. Brrrrrrr.... You never know what strange things you'll encounter. Lots of odd things show up in photos inside some of those old storied buildings. I saw Bill's photo - pretty spooky.. It was about a year and a half ago that Jo and I saw our first (and only, so far) UFO... wierd.
jocko500
wonderful looking

This is amazing! I love the details and the almost dream-like quality here. Of course the first thing that really grabbed me was the bricks...those shadows dancing across the bricks is completely mesmerizing, and it had me wondering if there was a text embedded there...yeah, a brick-text! The whole image is absolutely superb and deliciously moody!
