Progress if not perfection.
Here is my latest in my maddening attempts to capture Rhona Mitra using V4. Also used zbrush, ultra and standard morphs. Valeria's texture by Maelwenn.

Wow, great pose, great depth of field, great point of view, and great face! I'm not sure if Rhona has a scar running down her left forearm that you are trying to replicate, though. Also consider softening up the shadow on such a rough wall. But overall, you have captured her really well!
