Description
'1944'
The year is 1944, Hitler is obsessed with the occult and the possibility of the earth having been visited by beings from other worlds.
He hears a rumour that an alien space craft has been detected beneath the Atlantic ocean and sends out a U-Boat equipped with special sonar in a bid to locate the vessel.
He was convinced that if he could gain access to the technology contained within the craft he would be certain to win the war.
He never found the ship and was unaware that the submarine had come so very close to finding it.
The captain discarded the sonar readout stating that the object was far too large to be a space ship and declared it was just a rock formation.

That story sounds so very plausible... Another masterpiece, Tony! Love the colors and lighting here, as well as all the little details you put in. Those old fishing nets tangled up in the wreckage are an especially nice touch. What I wouldn't give to dive on that wreck!
