Hi, from South Texas.

I am glad you stopped by.....hope you will take time to look at my gallery. As a side note, I am honored to have been chosen as Artist of the Month for December 2022. Thanks to all that voted.

That is quite a capture. They are amazing birds, but hope they stay away from my fish pond. We did have a great white egret visitor a few times.

That happened to me the last time I was on the golf course! :-) Excellent view of the feathers and the pose is lovely.

Well observed, Lyla. There are lots of lovely natural detail, and the ripples on the surface of the water are quite fresh too ... ;o) Most of the wild birds I observed on my gran's farm, in the Glens of Antrim, Northern Ireland, are missing now. Different farming methods, different crops, different food. Jackdaws and their ilk seem to rule the roost now. I remember that one summer we did have an American sea eagle, that must have been blown across the Atlantic in a storm, hunting lambs on my mother's cousin's hill farm. That would be about 1964 or so. Thanks for your kind comments, and, having had a look at your gallery, for sharing your photos and renders on RENDEROSITY too, Lyla. Warm regards, from a chilly Glasgow, Scotland as we hope the snow will not quite reach us this weekend, John.
