Description

Bomaw: Bleak Days to come... For Ben that is. He ran in hopes of burning away the adrenal rushes that sent his heart racing; amazed at what the heart could do even when broken. He'd been suffering for weeks, over a young woman whom he saw as his only true love, the one his entire life had been geared towards finding, embracing, cherishing. Unfortunately, his arrival in her life had come too late it would seem, so much baggage, and such a determination to do what she swore she had to - and that was stay with her husband - the wrong man for her. He knew that he was the wrong man, she knew that he was the wrong man, in fact, her entire family's desire was that she leave her husband and never go back, she'd almost done so - and in that glorious time - she'd fallen in love with Ben - he'd fallen in love with her. Circumstances and timing transpired against them, and even after the most amazing hour they'd spent in each other's arms, making love - proving how powerful their chemistry, their attraction - their need, she returned to him still. Ben fled Wisconsin and landed in California to stay at his father's condo - and while there, he fought his demon, this thing called love; he ran the beaches, as far as his lungs would take him - and one day maybe - he'd find his way out of his pain, or - back in her arms again. =*=*=*=*= I know this is a bit different for me, but I wanted to do something out of my comfort zone. The story is just a tid-bit of one of the current hot stories of Bomaw. Mercy you must have read my mind as I was just thinking over the weekend what was needed was a new release from you to brighten my day :) Great job on this scene, and putting the focus on just how deep in thought he is. It's almost like he's trying to run away from the problems he knows must be faced eventually. (Something we all do in our own way from time to time)

This picture has given me the right feeling this grey and rainy morning... I'd love to run on wet sand by the sea, alone - or even better with this hunk by my side, with my long hair floating in the morning breeze... Uhm, time to go back to reality... :) Excellent picture!

I like it.... you said this is a little different... You're a romance novelist are you not? sounds like romance to me = lol... while I was viewing your picture, Ben was in my mind jogging... I pictured he ran upon a heart shape drawn in the sand. he collapsed to his hands and knees with the outline between his hands... as he cried he looked up to the sky, became angry as the tear rolled down his face and slammed his fist down into the heart drawn outline... he staggered to his feet and jogged away with the pov from the heart watching him leave = feel free to use it, I thought I'd share a vision with you that you might like to use.
