Description
So I picked up this little freebie "Barracuda" minisub by 'Scoopey' the other day and was very impressed with it overall. Very well made, better than some of the things I've paid good hard money for. Anyhoo, he had quite the background story in his ReadMe regarding the flooding of Earth by invaders and the ocean's colonization, the sub's features, etc. I didn't even have to come up with a story... lol! I also happened to have another great freebie in my folders, that being a BG by 'bogwoppet' ~ "Dark Waters" ~ sitting waiting patiently for a minisub I guess. Bingo... we had a match. I slapped "Kimber" in there with an Xurge suit and one of Koz's hairs and we were good to go.
Into CS4 and PSPXI a few different times and Presto-Change-O... we had our scene. I'm not much of an FX type, my postwork experience is limited as are the brushes I have, but I tried like hell to get this to look right. Added the housing dome just to attempt to stay in the theme of Steve's storyline.
So thanks to Steve and Tony I came up with another birthday gift... lol. Hope you enjoy your day, Tom. Tommorow that is. ;D

Now that is just too cool! This picture looks outstanding, and I can appreciate all the hard work that went into this one to get the watery textures looking as well as you did. I'm going to have to find that minisub model, too. It looks pretty sweet. Thanks again, I'm really impressed!
