A fine action packed foto, Lucinda; the gulls cavorting about, with one soaring in and headed directly for your offering, the identity of which I can't determine.

lol, Lynell! Since I splurged a whole loaf on the rambunctious eaters, it was the cheapest bread I found. Probably Albertson's brand.

I forgot to mention that it was Cheryl (clbsmiley) who not only told me to bring a loaf of bread, but also reminded me when I would have forgotten. Thank you Cheryl, it was a lot of fun!

Wonderful shot with the hand and the bread. I love how the gulls are sizing you up and coming in for the grab. Great shots. Looks like you had fun. Didn't it kinda remind you of "The Birds" though? I have a similar shot, my son took, of my granddaughter being swarmed on the beach by gulls.

Gulls used to crowded beaches can be very friendly. Assume the food offer drew him in further. Did you get closer shots? Cool capture.

I got some closer using my zoom. They were moving around a lot so it was a bit hit and miss as to what part of the gull ended up in the picture when I had it on zoom. The best closeups I got were of a male grackle who stood and glared at me. I'll show him sometime.

Bella immagine , Lucinda ! Reminds me of a picture taken several years ago on the ferry to Elba, then a piece of apple that the gull taken by the hand of a traveler. A nice lively atmosphere in this picture! (Very beautiful also in the forum)

Nice job on this capture Lucinda, as you seemed to time it out perfectly as well as choose the best pov. The focus this little guy has on the prize is indeed something to behold and that's why he'll be rewarded
