Description

Bryce7 Pro/Photoshop All items created in Bryce7 Pro.The ship is a new model created using the additional primitive shapes, and was originally seen in my previous post "Dawn Flight". I re-worked the textures combining a new metal texture and a sand procedural to create the look of scorched and damaged metal. The wing damage was created by duplicating wing sections and making them neutral, textured in one of the new metal grid textures. The original outer casing I made positive, and grouped it with a negative, solid terrain flipped on the Y axis(textured in the same metal material). This cut away the outer casing in an irregular fashion, exposing theinner metal grid structure. The cockpit glass was a patterned glass texture with the transprency reduced to make it look old and dirty. The terrain texture is a Seriously Real Material,as is the water(both from Daz3D).Three black oaks from Daz's Trees For The Forest set were combined withpreset foliage and waterplants to create the vegetation.Sky,light and atmo are a modified preset.Rendered in Premium with additional sun and light settings added.Postwork involved additional damage to the cockpit glass and signature,as well as resizing. Thanks for viewing and your comments!

Love the 'carbon scoring' and structural damage. Reminds me of one of my favorite inspirational art books ever, http://www.khantazi.org/Rec/TTABooks/Wreckhalf.jpg. Thumbs up!

For all the bells & whitsles of Bryce 7, this looks very "default." Nothing impressive that an earlier version couldn't do. Try again & blow me away.
