Description

The Scothay Buggy Racer was developed for racing on uneven ground and became a craze which soon materialized into professional racing. The Trident Thunder and Lightning W twin engine with the added Ella Laser drive/suspension units in these racers helped to make these races a tremendous spectator sport, especially on the low G planets where the more famous circuits can be found. Here we see a series lV Scothay buggy, piloted by Jack Edwards competing in the Emporium Grand Prix at Breezy Hill circuit on the low G planet of Alsager in the Bank 51 system.
