Description

I have't made night sceneries that often, and a lot of people keep saying how hard it is to make them. So I was tempted to try to build a night scene that looks somewhat real....well it's really hard! This render is based on a photo reference (actually more!), but I don't remember the source ;( Vue 8.5 Infinite, minor postwork (color correction and desaturation) in PS CS5 Thanks for viewing! =)

Excellent scene it leaves the viewer waiting to see the car coming round the corner. Love the moonlight on the trees.

Well from my vantage point and from one who has finally learned the trial and errors of lighting myself that what you did here is simply FANTASTIC and EXTREMELY Well Done.Yes lighting is a difficult thing to accomplish because so many factors come into play especially when doing a night scene.But you seem to be a natural and this being your first attempt you accomplished more than most.Love the scene,terrain,textures,and most of all the lighting!..Well Done Indeed!! -Will-

I think the mist is cool too. It's very light gray and helps to dispell some of the darkness! When you do something like this others learn from it. Your hard work is appreciated! Realistic scene! Neat work!
