Description
That all I know it was. This food is home made. I did not see her make the meat filling for all of this. i do know she made some round maza balls and flatten it out and cut them out with a glass. She then put some meat filling in the center of the maza and folded the maza over the meat to make what you see on the left of the place. It was fried then. On the right they fried some round chips and them put the meat filling on it and the with is goat cheese. it was very good. it been about five months when all this took place so my memory is not all too good on this. All i really know is the food was super. it was like a party going on in your mouth.

It looks like comfort food with guacamole. I like comfort food; it sticks to the ribs. I also luv goat cheese! This is a great shot and I bet it tasted even better! I like a party in the mouth, but like PJ, I'd like some jalapenos on the plate too.
