He is operating a back hoe used to repair a broken water main. I liked the seriousness of his concerns and the bright colors of his equipment surrounding him.

Indeed a great capture. I agree with you. The colors alone make it a good picture, but his seriousness and dedication in doing a good job is both making the picture better and a tribute to those workers, who do their best despite a low education and hard working conditions. Let's not forget, that they keep the world running, not the bosses in their ivory towers.
