Description

HIYASHI-KYURI(ICE KYUURI) is chilled asazuke of a cucumber with stick. Asazuke is a Japanese pickling method characterized by its short preparation time. MMMMMM! Cucumbers! Actually, I love 'em! I've never had one prepared like this, though. Lovely colors, and setting! I love the way you've added the dragonfly to repeat the pattern on her kimono. Very nice! I've learned more about Japan and its culture in the last few months than I have in my whole life thanks to you, Fujiko-san! Thank You!
