Description

The render is not mine, frankly speaking: A girl once dropped into a small shop of my brother who is selling automobile spareparts and told the salesman she badly needed a part but she didn't know the name... she new the number. It was 710... The sales hardly knew what she was speaking about. Just by chance there was a computer with Lightwave 7.5 installed and the girl decided to design the part in LW for the blockhead salesman who didn't know the part numbers...

Guillermo, You mean the render or story? Of course my brother cannot afford LW and I wouldn't break the copyrught law by posting the girl's render without her consent. But he really told me it yesterday! It is my first posting in LW gallery as I've been using it for a month for modeling only (rather simple models used in Bryce afterwards).

I read the story on an email, dated 25 april 2002, so, it's probably an Urban Myth- though it's probably based on a true story. Nice Picture though!

This story was circulated around the Net few months ago. The story goes that the girl drew a circle and wrote "710" on it and shown 'em to the mechanic salesman who then couldn't figure out what she was talking about before he saw the drawing. It's funny but true? The jury's still out on that one.
