Description
A number of people saw a colossal triangle in the sky near Pelotas, Brazil on October 5th, 1996, but it was stunt flyer Haraldo Westendorf who got the best view of it, flying to within 130 feet of it in his airplane. He described it as a brown, faceted cone, like a pyramid with extra sides. Each side had three lumps; he estimated its size as 225 feet in height and 325 feet around at its bottom. Suddenly, the rounded top disappeared, replaced by a hole. And from this hole emerged a simple, classic flying saucer, pointing upwards. This saucer then leveled itself flat and sped away. Westendorf decided to fly closer to the hole, but changed his plan when red light beams began to emerge from it. Moments later, the cone hurtled straight up into the sky. After the incident the pilot made a detailed drawing of his encounter. This is my interpretation. This is the second in a series of well documented historical UFO encounters that I will be doing over the next year or so.
This series of historical UFO incidents is designed to inform a dramatically uninformed public of the truth concerning UFOS. I want you all to understand that I will not be "working the system" to get views, ratings, etc. I want this series to remain pure. So, if I don't comment on your gallery or pictures in turn, please do not think me an idiot or ungrateful. I just don't want anyone to think that personal motivation for recognition or ratings is behind these images. This is a labor of love, intended to inform and educate as many people as possible about this, the single most important issue facing humanity.
