Maybe you future home? if so, inspect the long and concrete really good, look for huge gaps where bugs,ants, beetles have gotten in.... I helped build my Mother's log cabin 30 years ago, I love it, but it's one of the most if not the most high maintenace homes you can buy... when it gets hot and cold, the logs and concrete shrink and expand and different temperatures, so, you are going to get gaps - you get gaps, you're gonna get bugs that get inside the walls and eat it... You're gonna have to ceal it yearly.... they can be a pain in the butt... I'm glad I built my Mother's cabin, but I would never want to build and own one for myself... I'm not trying to talk you out of it, just don't know if you know these things about log cabins and I thought I'd share my knowledge... from what I can see of it, it looks great.
