Description

Here is a photo of the most dangerous snake in Costa Rica - The Ferdelance (Terciopelo). Its aggressiveness and potent venom makes it one not to mess with. Wikipedia indicates that it causes more human fatalities than any other American reptile. This was a little one found at Tirimbina Natural Preserve in Sarapiqui, Costa Rica.
