Description

This is a commissioned illustration of the character "Jade the Unicorn" for a new upcoming release of the game "Duel of Ages" - (here is the creative director's description: "Duel of Ages is a board game that pits two teams of characters from different times and settings. The characters use their unique skills to overcome adventures and outfight the opposing team.") Shared here with permission from DoA. This was my first go at using Carrara 7 Pro- thank heavens for Howie Farkes- I used his great "Maple Meadows" at Daz for the background. The Unicorn was done in Poser 7 and then was composited and postworked in PS CS3. Sorry I haven't around much this summer! Been very crazy what with the design studio, these DoA illustrations and believe it or not some new products I'm aiming to get out this fall. (And last but not least having a ball with my mare Juanita, with my Doma Vaquera instructor Manuel! We've been learning all kinds of marvelous things:) I'll be catching up with email, site mail and galleries etc over the next few days as I also now have to go in and fix my older product pages here now they have gone to the new format... sigh. always something else to do:) So please patient with me:) And thanks for looking!
