Description

A rare sight on these shores this 88 was captured at the 'OK Diner' monthly meet near Stamford, UK 1960 saw the begining of the end for the GM chrome smothered, winged cars of the previous decade. The body style of this car was at that awkward inbetween stage when the chrome was still there and the aircraft influenced wings were slowly being withdrawing by the Oldsmobile stylists. The styling was advertised by Olds as the "Mobile Look." The Dynamic 88 debuted in 1958 and lasted through 1966 positioned as the entry level model below the Super 88.
