Description

Last night it went crazy. There were flashes of light every minute or so and one or two were _very_ close (one or two I caught completely overexposed the frame), so i got out of bed and set up my camera on 30 second exposures with my timelapse, got back in and started reading before eventually getting to sleep. This is the result of supreme laziness in photography :) Enjoy! Rich

Impressive shot ! Is the sky color natural or is it a lot of postwork ? I guess it's due to the special wavelength of the flashes light ? :~)

Jeez, this is GREAT!!! I sooo love this! I've been looking at this long and hard, and realizing that summer is coming to an end here, I am wondering why I never got out and tried capturing some lighting strikes. I think because they come in the middle of the night, and I'm TOO LAZY TO GET UP and set up my camera! So, "Lazy" you are NOT!
