his is a Victora model in Poser, i have added some Aery Soul products, the pose and the props, than did some postwork in Photoshop and PostworkShop

Saw this earlier and meant to come back to it. I like this cartoon effect very much. Nice to see a new artist who is willing to play around with postwork to create some magical effects. It is also simply a really good compostion that is well suited to this extreme posterize style.
