I think it is more a question of surfaces then of lighting. I would have expected more reflections on the car surface. There is a hint of it, where she sits on the car, but not enough in my opinion. The windscreen also does not look quite as much glass as it could. As to composition, I would not have placed the girl in the middle of the picture, but more to the left (ca. 1/3 of the picture width?), and maybe angle the car a bit more, so it shows more of the front, giving a deeper perspective. Just some suggestions, because you asked.
