Oooh .. first .. I went and looked at Micheal Whelan's work .. and I can see why he's a favorite artist! His work is just awesome! It's an awesome work, eerie, almost like an omen. I love the contrast of the dark subject matter with the bright sunflowers. Beautifully done, and I agree, your style comes through very strongly. It stands very strongly on it's own. You are a very talented Lady! PS: the Wee Folk of the Hollow have a spell that allows you to fit into their homes .. whether to stay and visit for a spell, or to unpack and live with them. If they approve of you (and I bet they will) they are very hospitable, grins, so come on down to Three Dog Hollow!
