Description
Today, 4 PM, a few kilometers from my village.
I was early enough before the police closed the road. Lucky, firemen of several districts were gathered for excercices in the area.
It is 7 PM and fire is not finished. It is not a huge one, but there are many scattered little fires and wind, and all is very dried.
At the same time, there are big fires in the south of France, near Montpellier.

les pompiers des vans sonts montes en renfort,mais avec ce vent,le feu risque de sr propager tres vite!! bon courage!!

Danielle ( au volant ) et moi, sommes passés sur l'autoroute A9 quelques minutes avant sa fermeture à cause des incendies, au retour d'un ( trop bref )séjour en Corse. Et bien cette année, très peu de départs de feux en Corse, grâce à un efficace quadrillage du territoire.
