Description

Something a little different this time from me, an imaginary trip to one of Jupiter's moons, and some fun with this "Crawler" model from the NASA model download page http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/3d_resources/models.html Not too complicated work here, but I've tried to make the frost appear only in the shaded areas, away from the sun. Also the very faint, almost non-existing atmosphere, as suggested by the thin blue horizon (spectral atmosphere). Thanks for viewing, comments etc. welcome and appreciated. Have a nice day - Lars

Wonderful image... but what I like the most about this is it appears plausible rather then just scifi.

I don't see this as Sci-Fi but a presumptive realistic scenario. Very nice work!

i'm impressed but not surprised to see that you are as good with extra-terrestrial environments as you are with terrestrial ones. absolutely incredible work.
