I'M BACK!!! And none too soon after three days of my little hell on earth, which was not due to illness or anything as generic as that. Many thanks to those who noticed I was missing.

I remember my dad had a 1948 ford 4 door flat head 6 it brook my heart when he sold it that was 43 years ago. This is an awesome car and awesome captures, excellent work!

Is this the same vehicle that was used by Helms for bread delivery? My boyfriend had one of these right after high school, we gave it a real hippie paint job with rainbows and stars and clouds and flowers. Inside it was carpeted with genuine 1970s shag all the way around, and had huge speakers for the 8-track stereo. Ahh, the good old days... Wonderful series of memory-inducing shots, and welcome back!

Omigosh, Denise's mention of the Helm's truck sure brought back some yummy memories. The had the BEST chocolate donuts in the world!! A friend of mine has this truck, has kept it running for a very long time. Of course, it doesn't look nearly as good as this one!!
