Description

Another gorgeous sunset and here is a panorama of three photos taken last Sunday evening. Why the funny name/ The story has it that a long time ago the lock keeper owned a dog that lost all of it's hair, so his wife made a coat for it. The Dog became something of a celebrity with visitors to the nearby pub, resulting in a name change for the pub and the little dog becoming part of local history. The pub and consequantly the lock gates have been known as the 'Dog and Doublet' or 'Dog in a Doublet' (even the pub sign was different on both sides!) ever since. Enough of the local history enjoy the spectacular sunset. I'm absolutely stoked to have made 'This Week in the Gallery' again, thank you for your comments and to all at Rendo Admin.
