Description

It's been a mainstay in our lives since who knows when, integral to our daily existence as with out it nothing would get done period. This wheel here was part of the evolution of air conditioning in it's early stages. This particular wheel sat in the basement of a large early factory/office and was used to drive the mechanics that then created air conditioning for that said complex. In looking at it, one has to wonder about the rest of the mechanics that were involved to make the people of that day comfortable............thanks for the peek

Undeniably, this must have been the greatest air conditioner ever! Seriously though, I'm guessing that this impressive wheel was needed for the compression in the system. If that's the case, then it was probably quite efficient even though it's also quite magnificent in size.
