Description


The tide was heading out and left some interesting items deposited on the beach. This is the biggest jelly fish I had seen washed up. The Dogs wanted to investigate, but we kept them away. You don't really get a sense of the size from this picture, but it was about 12" across.

I remember seeing the jelly fish washing up in great numbers on Galveston beach and we always knew to stay away. Those things still inflict pain even when dead. Wonderful shot.
