Description

[best viewed full sized] Hello All! This pic was taken two weeks ago at the Mirfield Agricultural Show, West Yorkshire, and was an entry in the Horse and Pony Competition. I have replaced the background due to clutter. The riders face is actually a composite of two differently exposed images of the same RAW file to overcome the heavy shadow caused by her riding hat. Thanks for looking and any comments and critique are, as always, more than welcome and valued! Carl edit note 04/09/10: I was at another horse show today and, as luck would have it, met them again. This is Tilly with owner/rider Claire.

You've done a great job on the rider's face.... peaked hats can always be a pain for shadows but you've overcome this problem perfectly. Well done x
