Description
This was the largest Mountain Goat in the herd. I saw the herd resting on the tundra at the 14,000 ft level of Mount Evans in Colorado. The wind was blowing like crazy. The forest ranger said it was 35 degrees at the top with a windchill of minus 2 degrees. And such a bright sunny day in Colorado on September 1, 2010.
