Description

Hope that everyone is doing fine - I am enjoying the cool breeze that we are having now- I thought I would never say this- But I can't wait till fall!! lol We have had such Hot weather here - Wednesday it was like 47.1C Which is 116.78F!! The emercency Vehicles were going steady! Thursday- 46C - 114.8 And today it was 40 with the humidex 104F We have broken records gallore for this time of year here... And now we have something else to look forward to hurricane Earl- it will be hitting us tomorrow early in the morning - WIND WARNING IN EFFECT TROPICAL STORM WARNING IN EFFECT RAINFALL WARNING IN EFFECT HURRICANE WATCH IN EFFECT But like I said I am so thankful for the cooler weather right about now- Getting everything brought in off the deck and making sure things are ready for the high winds and rain Hope that everyone else is doing well thanks And hopefully see you tomorrow! lol xo

Lovely picture, Anne! Personally I love the hot weather so no complaints there--sure hope Earl is a gentleman and treats you kindly! We're far enough inland that all we're likely to get is a spot of rain tomorrow which is fine by me. Predicting high in the 60's all week though. Not looking forward to dragging out the sweatshirts!

Earl gave us drizzle so far, but like you, I am hoping for the cooler weather following. We have always some hot days but this summer it's just stayed hot for weeks, and not much rain either. Such a cute little fairy!

just heard on weather a half hour ago that they're no longer calling Earl a Hurricain - but you'll still feel it I'm sure. Lovely fairy... When I read "dark" with fairies, I think evil... I could see Linda Blair take this role = lol... We haven't gotten rain in weeks, sure it wants to, it starts to sprinkle and quickly stops... We could use some of that rain you should be getting, stay safe, take some pictures if anything exciting happens - stay safe.
