Description
This was taken the same morning as "City Lost". It was about 45 minutes later. Amazing how much difference a few minutes can make. This was another experiment with long exposure.

if that is the bridge across the Arkansas on the left to the SW of downtown, I figured weights on the steel beams way back when.outstanding shot of Tulsa

Richard, that is actually the 7th street exit coming off of highway 75 North into downtown.
