Dopo una fine viene sempre un inizio. After an order is always a beginning.
Oggi inizia il mio secondo anno su RR e inizia con una vecchia foto, una foto che ,essendo a quei tempi entrato a far parte del Gruppo Fotografico Versiliese ( di cui faccio parte ancora ),mi fece conoscere da molte persone , grazie anche alla pubblicazione sulla rivista mensile FOTOGRAFARE ( pagina dedicata ai lettori con invio di una borsa all’autore della foto pubblicata), nell’anno 1970.
La foto è stata scattata dall’alto del traghetto che portava all’isola Elba nell’occasione di una gita domenicale. Solita Pentax KX che mi ha fedelmente accompagnato per oltre 30 anni e funziona ancora.
Ho voluto dedicare questa foto a tutti gli artisti di RR , amici e non , perché , come negli anni passati ho avuto modo di conoscere nuove persone , nuovi amici. Spero di fare sempre meglio .
Today begins my second year on RR and starts with an old photograph, a picture, since at that time joined the Group Photo Versilia (including myself yet), he introduced me to many people, thanks to the publication FOTOGRAFARE, monthly magazine (page devoted to readers by sending a bag of photos published author), in 1970.
The photo was taken from the ferry to the island of Elba occasion a Sunday outing. Pentax KX usual that accompanied me faithfully for over 30 years and still works.
I wanted to dedicate this picture to all the artists RR, friends, and not because, as in past years I got to know new people, new friends. I hope to do better.
