Excellent story would be ("Blue Moon Rising"). I don't think you need so many details in this image, especially the bloody traces (for experimenting, of course, it's ok).

That's a beautiful composition ! The pose is fine and all items are well put together ... you really have your own personal style and one recognize you at once, don't know what .... maybe something about the lighting and your soft colours ...

The red on the ground looks painted in... I'd blur your brush pretty low and you'll get a better effect. other than the paint, the whole image is awesome - love her grin on her face and the body under the blanket.
