I like lady bugs, like this, on the OUTSIDE! lol Every spring, just when the weather is starting to get a little toasty, those aggravating, pesty, cute lady bugs make their way into our homes in this area! Why? I have no idea! They live with me, all 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,ect.ect. of them for around a month! Ok....sorry, enough of that! lol! great capture!

I like the range of textures here. The surface of the pole contrasts with the smooth body of the ladybug, and of course she adds a nice splash of color to the monochrome look of the pole. Nice one, Mike!

Great shot Mike. She could get cooked on that pole if the sun shins on it for a long time. Dana

An interesting factiod, They squirt blood from their knees as a self defense mechanism! I'm sure you needed to know that.
