Happy Labor(less) Day!
Here's the last of my benchmark scenes I've been babbling about all week. (Dropped the job!)
Pretty simple; one HDRI probe, no lights, GI, etc.
This is my car paint shader; chrome and glass are modified Carrara shaders. I added a Fresnel effect to the glass for good measure. (That's freh-nell to you Mister!)
Rendered in 8 minutes which isn't bad considering the car was at 4 million polygons before I subdivided it :)

Somebody wants to put his nose to the windshield. Okay, the car is fantastic. Floorboarding is allowed. Great ad for sportscars. Superior picture!!!!

Okay, I'm sold, now where do I sign?!? Great looking picture, the curves on that beauty are amazing, and the car is nice, too. Actually, the finish on the car is pretty amazing, and well worth the effort... (4 million polys? Ouch)
