Description

More of the open street market, here you can see the very fresh meat on display. The Pork and Water Buffalo is butchered in the early morning, while the chickens are usually butchered within a few minutes of purchase. Like the fish, you often get to look your chicken in the eye before you take it home defrocked! I hope you enjoy viewing as much as I miss being there.

I take it these birds have been dead for only a very short time... they look fresh.. I'm such a spoiled American consumer. getting my chickens cut into neat portions, wrapped in labeled plastic from a freezer..
