Description

The Boston Holocaust Memorial Park, at the entrance, where I entered. Many knelt and prayed before starting in. The tall black granite block to the left of the walkway was covered with small pebbles, shells and bit of things that were left to remember loved ones. There are some symbols etched into the walkway. If you zoom and look at the second dark stripe you can see some Yiddish letters געדענקען that translate into REMEMBER. You can see the shiny metal grates that are under each of the 6 towers. While in zoom mode, you may be able to see some of the 6,000,000 serial numbers etched into the glass. There are more details on my previous post about this Memorial. Photo taken Wednesday morning. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Dana
