Description
It always catches my eye how trees at the edge of the beach cliffs become deformed by the constant sea winds. All manner of bushes and shrubs are forced to grow almost sideways. Some of them become almost grotesquely deformed. I don't know if this one is naturally like this or it's due to the wind, but this little tree is one of my faves!
For those interested it was 5 exposures tone mapped.....almost directly into the sun!

I love that little bit of color on the top. And yeah, i always marvel at what the wind can do as well.

Oooooo, like this. I have a batch of slightly taller trees similarly deformed by winds from the sea. Haven't known what to do with them. This inspires me to go back for another look at those files. And find it illuminating that you used five exposures for this composite. Well done.
