A revisit to Mauna Kea. Walking on the lava fields gives you a nice work out on your legs because of the uneven terrain. But walking on Mauna Kea sure work on your lungs. HDR shot. Aloha and thank you for viewing

looks like mars or a cg scene - ...does the lava alway dry solid or are there sink holes with hot lava under it? That goes through my mind when I think of you walking around on this freshly made material.
