Description
This was taken a day before Labor Day. the shrimp season opened on Sept 11 . I did not see any news on how it going for the shimpers that do go out. a lot of them is help clean up the oil so at lest they working. I did hear of one as he was going out top clean up the oil shoot himself dead. anyway hope they caught some giant shrimps. hahahhaha that a oxymoron joke.

For me, in intoxicating shot. I know the smell and the feel so well. I can't say much yet about the haul. This won't be a year to make profit but I sure hope it is one that brings the shrimpers even.

Terrific shot of the shrimp boats in mooring, Jock, but no way will I eat any of the shrimp and shellfish caught in the gulf, at least not for a long, long time.
