Playing around with a ring tutorial I found. And felt like making sunset picture. The planets were created pretty simply. Took a stone texture, spherize it in photoshop a few times. Cut it into a circle, add an inner shadow and inner and outer glow and tada. There's also an apophysis fractal as kind of a nebula glow. But it's pretty faint. The rings are made by creating a cloud texture (in PS) and then swirling it a few times, cutting a ring from it and then squishing it. Google it, you'll find it. Thanks for looking.
