Description

Best Guess is: Species Bagrada hilaris. A type of Stink bug. Seems they can be quite the pest from the info I got about them on BugGuide.net. But considering they are only on one of my small flower pots of plants I am not really worried. Gives me something new to shoot. About 6mm and have about 7-8 on there right now. Most of those are mating. Thanks for taking a look. -Bruce

Very colorful bug. I think these guys must get a bad rap about their smell which is designed to prevent them from being eaten. Anyway, it's a handsome little fella!
