Description

A tudor cottage in Stratford apon Avon, to think Shakespear could have walked past this cottage on the way to the shops maybe he even popped in for a cup of tea and to pass the time of day?

Very quaint! If this was in the states it would have been flattened for a high rise.

Lovely Wally. These are called half-timbered, right? Yes, in the USA most things old (but not all) had a way of making room for "progress"...The euphamistic term was "urban renewal". We woke up across the country in the early 1960s and now have all kinds of lists and registers for historic buildings and places.
