Description

Thought I'd share some of the promo stuff I've done for my new Geisha set... So, hopefully, the set is out soon. Just to clarify exactly what's included... Sayuri character with four eyeshadow, four lip colours, six eye colours, full Geisha makeup and a "no Makeup" option Kimono in four colours Obi with four trim colours Dress in four colours Kabuki shoes Socks Parasol Morphing Geisha hair "hold Parasol" hand pose As ever, I try to make the sets I produce as complete and as flexible as possible. The dress includes a HIDE TOP MAT pose to allow you to use it as an under layer for the kimono as well as a seperate outfit, which gives the opportunity to make up outfits of both predominant styles of Geisha, lengthening or shortening the Kimono to suit. I hope you'll all love it as much as I do!

Wow, she is beautiful! But one (small) critical comment: Aren't geishas supposed to have "cherry lips" - like where the lips are "hidden" under white make-up like the rest of the face and only a small part is highlighted in red? But this is just a minor thought about this magnificent set :)

Re; "cherry lips"... Actually, no. There are several styles of Geisha outfit and makeup, much of it depends on the particular house/ region/ function. More commonly found, particularly in modern Geisha, is the style as shown by my set. Indeed, it would seem that the Cherry lips look is more of a "costume" thing, as opposed to a tradition. Of course, if it's an option that people want, I'll quite happily provide it for them.:-)
