A closeup of Amanda Marcus I had done a few months back. It's funny to think that Amanda Marcus actually came from an RP a few years back, she was a simple plot hook for a character I played, an underlaying personality that the original character hated due to it being who she once was and reminding her of a past she was trying to leave behind. Oddly though, I ended up attached to the sadistic persona of Amanda, as she developed in the RP I began to make her story more independent and make her into a stand alone character, creating a world for her story alone. The first version of her story came in the version of a short lived webcomic, "Within Requiem: Insane Melody" but that soon proved rather limiting, so the Within Requiem comic was scrapped and I moved to writing about her in novel format, where I could have the freedom to weave a world in words. Thus work on "The Requiem Project" began and progress is still being made. Side-note: Yes, I am well aware of the weird shadow by her nose. . . . .older work is, well, kinda old.
