Description

A panorama of the Roman Forum in Rome, nowadays :-) It is a view from the garden of the Emperor Tibere, on the Palatine hill. You can see on the right side hand the famous Coliseum that Tibere couldn't have seen because it was built thirty years after his death. A forum was a place where peoples met, talked, prayed in the numerous churches, or where political decisions were taken. I think it was certainly a very crowded place in the town... Bravo Virginie !
