I was at Holly Beach and was going to another town down there. I saw a lot of bales of sand. You see the top of them here. They put these bales of sand this summer to keep oil from going into the marsh on the other side of the road. I will post how close the marsh is. It is a salt water marsh. took this photo on Labor Day
